9 restaurants of different backgrounds (Chinese Emirati, Indian, Italian, Lebanese, Swiss, and South African) and 2 cafés will feature stations outside of their respective shops. This will allow for guests to have more of an experience and adventure throughout the variety that The Souk has to offer by making their ways around the different restaurants.
The stations outside the shops will consists of interactive, live-cooking which will allow for the experience to be far more further than just a simple taste-and-go, instead visitors will be able to speak to the restaurant Head Chefs as he/she prepares the bite-size offerings in plain sight. The smell, feel and visual aspect of this will add to the excitement & joy of the whole event.
Hostesses will be on site to guide visitors to all of the stations in an efficient manner that will ensure that all the stops are visited by customers. This will be necessary, as there will also be voting that will take place by the visitors to determine which restaurant will take the title & plaque of “Most Outstanding Live-Cooking Station of 2015”.
